I'm so glad that you're saying that. I wasn't able to respond yesterday and kept thinking about how dangerous I think it is to be on a glandular and then just stop cold turkey. There is a reason that the directions for prescribed steroids are to wean over a period of time.... The same goes for glandulars... They contain hormones that your body gets in the habit of not making.
My suggestion, is that if you don't feel stabilized on this lower dose and you think you might be sensitive to the herbs in the product, you could find a glandular that's plain (something like ACE drops) and little by little switch over.
I totally disagree with the folks on this thread that are saying that glandulars are only for people with mild AF. As far as I'm concerned, the sicker your adrenals, the more you need glandulars. It's super important that you take the right amount (always starting low and building slow) and that you support the correct glands in the correct order. You can certainly make yourself a lot sicker by just following the directions on the bottle and taking too much right off the bat...
