I wake up atleast 2x in the night to eat from a drop in blood sugar. When it wakes me (about every 3-4 hours) I feel a racing heart and anxious, so I eat something and then can fall back asleep. I dont think it's high cortisol because I tried Holy Basil to lower cortisol and I woke up possibly even more. Also, of course when I'm detoxing copper, my sleep is disturbed even more, sometimes every hour and in those times I know its not blood Sugar issue. So I;m thinking there is a low blood Sugar problem but something else on top of that.
I know sleep is essential to healing, so how can I start sleeping more and stop draining my adrenals at night?
Are there herbs that increase blood sugar?
Any Ideas? I'm open to trying new things. :)
