You pick out one product that YOU have never tested, so your post started with allot of hot air, every product can have upwards of 1,000 chemical combinations that have never been studied for toxicity, most herbs fit this class and commercial foods are so fake they are beyond testing. You simply choose to scare people away from a common product that they all have consumed in their lifetime and most likely their favorite foods contains lecithin from soybeans. You want to ignore the whole point of using it to replace the liver flush that uses the more toxic epsoms salts that most people HATE the taste of. Lecithin is just one of the supplements that would not be needed if people consumed a raw fruit diet.

EVERYTHING consumed into the human body other than sunshine and pure air can and does get accumulated to some degree and this accumulation is the cause of death, so all things eaten can be considered toxic to some degree. I consider pure liquid lecithin far safer than eating meat.

You can state one product or another is better, but you can never say it is toxic free.

Since your so smart with science, please seach the data and see how many people have died from eating lecithin from soybean; verses all the products/drugs that people have died from and list lecithin on a list so others can compare and make judgement. All drugs have a kill rate, so all drugs are far more toxic than lecithin, now you have a starting point.
