Re: Conflicting Information? MH, everybody? let's put our heads together and figure this out. A question on Lecithin
Yep, I'm just a dumb ole, silly ole bear.
"But you don't seem to post anything that challenges the knowledge or information I've posted...instead you challenge me, my motives and my knowledge"
I thought I was challenging the article and the author, Tim O'Shea? Why do you take things sooo personally? Are you one in the same person? I'm sorry you get so offended and become so defensive to the extreme just because I don't necessarily accept your article as 100% gospel truth. You certainly try to sell it as such when you state "Anyone that defends Soy (basically)in any shape or form, has a LOT more learning to do". That's a far cry from someone who purports to be just posting something "worthy of consideration" don'tcha think? I guess when someone posts things with arrogance and condescension such as yourself, I tend to think they aren't willing to "update their learning".
BTW, researchers could find something wrong and right with nearly every food on the planet. The only reason Soy is such a target is because of its current popularity, and there is lots of money to be made from the hype both ways. Think about it.
Best,
PB
