Re: A question on Lecithin
"I'm confused...how does selling books/cds etc. regarding natural health indicate a motive to publish erroneous information about the health hazards of soy? exactly?"
I'm not saying its neccesarily erroneous info (your words), but anytime there is MULTIPLE monetary elements (Frankly, I was quite surprised to see all that he sells ---like a mini industry on his web site), over-hyping certain things, portraying things as REAL BAD to make a headline or sell a book becomes very hard to avoid. Greed can corrupt.
Again, he could be 100% right but if you cannot see that possibility, I can only suspect you're blind or he's your guy. Like many forums here, I guess everyone has "their guy" they believe in, and there's no possibly they stretch the truth because they have "books" and "sources," and they're "experts".
Question his sources now? You posted this article as proof not the 50 "sources" he used. Besides why deflect the issue? O'shea can't be a target of criticism because he's just regurgitating 100% accurate sources? Please. We don't even know how good those references are, and they can be manipulated in your own papers to make a point (one that serves your opinions or perhaps motivations). Anyone whose ever written a paper knows that.
Also, why do you think I discount everything because I read with a skeptical eye? You're very extreme. I guess he has to be TRUTH or NOTHING?
You're such a mighty might Unyquity. I appreciate your passion.
