"How the particular lecithin is made that I buy? I have no idea, it is a common food product consumed in many foods that is baked or cooked."
So you may be selling soy lecithin that was soaked in hexane (a KNOWN chemical toxin), but you sell it and recommend it anyway?
So one of these statements are true:
--You don't care enough about your customers to find out whether a product you sell was created with/extracted by/soaked in a known chemical toxin, hexane.
OR
--You actually DO know whether or not the lecithin you sell was extracted using hexane, but saying you don't know sounds a little better than you're selling a toxin/chemically laden product.
