Re: Isocort

BF do you know if a person who has low cortisol the cortisol steal DHEA from the person? I know that T3 helps to fix adrenal fatigue. I have T3 in my body but it's blocked due to low cortisol. I've seen a lot of people fixing it by taking HC and then decreasing it slowly while they do a good diet too.

I started with all my symptons because I put my body to the limit. I was having a bad diet without meat, eggs, milk and also I was going to the gym everyday working out more than 2 hours a day. I'm sure that was the thing that made my adrenal fatigue. Do you think this is the best scenario? Because when I start to work out again my symptons become worse like I feel cold in these days, my brain can't think almost anything I spend some time to answer simple questions.

My main sympton that I want to cure is low libido because this leads to ED.
