Re: Isocort

Thank you very much for the info and concern. Very much appreciate this.
I have considered this. ALthough, in printing out the list of foods high in histamine and looking at my hournal notes, as I've done daily (includes all I eat too) there were some days, I at strawaberrys and cheese and my anxiety was low.

I think too high histamina and high bio-unavailable copper go together, right?

I did find an alternative M.D. I will be seeing in September and do want to have the Methylation test done.. Wonder if I should go with the blood test as Dr. Yasko recommends or the 23andme test?

I do know this for sure, it all has been causes mostly from the severe state of my adrenls, as I've had AF for 20 years and the past 8 years have had major stresses that I had not much control over, deaths of loved one, house foreclosure, etc.

Which test did you have? I've heard of Dr. Lynch nd Dr. Yasko and the tests they do. But, hopefully the doctor I see will be aware of this too.
Hate to wait even till Sapt. to do this, closest time I can get in and it is a 2 hour drive to the city for this appt. too.

Of course I'll even to ill to drive, so my husband will be my copartner in this trip.

ALso, is it true that high histamine causes high inflammation which in turn causes anxiety? And, if my cortisol levels are real low, than I am not producing much anti-inflammation hormone to begin with.
