Well I'll chime in with me to on the mental changes first to notice around 50 to 100mg 2% Lugol's daily. My first abdominal cyst noticed around 50mg dosage and zits as well at those doses and continued up fairly bad I mean daily itching like crazy with zits on all extremities and scalp. Somewhere around 500mg daily started 20MT baths and 1/4 tsp daily which helped a lot. But once up to 1Gm daily SSKI and continuing with the 20MT not so bothersome skins problems.
