Thats a great update; next, before you know it you take 300 mg and the tiredness is history :)

BTW the Lugols I purchase in UK is from assetchemist.uk, called Aqueous Iodine Oral Solution. You need to fill out a form to get it, but it is just a procedure. I use to tell them I use the Iodine for my photography lab work.
