Im sorry you feel like death kiddo, I know EXACTLY how it feels *hugs*. God my eyes are so red I look like a complete junkie, havent slept at all in the past four days, not even my two hours.

The benzo ordeal with confuse everything and there just isnt any way around it at all. I know this isnt probably something you want to here, but there is probably very little you can do other than standard vitamins like C and Glut etc while you are on the drug. I have learnt this the hard way.

I cant take anything anymore, even paracetemol causes a massive flare up of hellish symptoms. I hate to say this, but you might need to stop looking for an answer till you are off the xanax, and have been for six months (thats what the medical people say is standard recovery time from benzos, but as we know, that is more often than not not the case). Its a real harsh reality. I know I cannot tackle anything AF/CFS wise at the moment,even though all the AF symptoms are still super present, so i have to lay here, and i expect to crash everyday if i even attempt to leave my house.

I have to wait this out now, and then finally start from scratch once im through the benzo withdrawals. Its a scary prospect I know, and something I havent quite accepted yet.

Im worried about you taking things like dhea while the benzos are still playing havoc, it could have such severe paradoxical reactions. However if you DHEA is THAT low , then it could be looked at from a medical point of view from than a hollistic one, could you go see an Endo and get tested? Tweet
