Re: Awful
Hi :)
Thank you for your recommedations and help, I am feeling about 70% better than I was since saturday. I think it was a mix of reaction, incorporating new supplement, potential detox, and also maybe it lowering my potassium as I wasn't taking anything to help raise my potassium during this time.
I also think, like you had mentioned it could have been a reaction to the copper and the zinc. I tried zinc on its own 30mg dose for 5 days and I had quite similar symptoms but it wasn't as bad, perhaps it was the zinc with the copper that caused me to feel the way I did. It is hard to know.
That is what I worry about too, harming my body. I am trying Spartan MK and Molybdenum, it seems like a more gentle approach to raise the NA/K ratio. If all goes well and no reactions, I will probably add in the megapan again which raises both sodium and potassium and hold off on adding the limcomin until I retest in two months to see if just these alone will do the trick.
It seems that so many had such a bad reaction to the limcomin and those with copper toxicity which I have told I am, surely this has to make things worse. I don't want to take the risk really of pushing through it and all the syptmoms again, something in my body is telling me it isn't right. I have a good feeling about taking a lighter more simpler approach above with not as much "stuff" in them and hope that this will do the trick.
Are you still in four lows? What is your current protocol? and what were your NA/K levels when you started to incorporate the limcomin?
Cheers :)
