Hi Onwards,
Thank for your help! I had just started 5 days of it and started out at 1/4 dose for 2 days and made my way up to a full dose the last day, so I never even took 1 pill a day until the last day.
I know my body is very reactive to supplements, in fact, I always have been. A little always goes a long way, which is a good thing I guess because once I find the right thing it won't take long for my body to adjust and suck all the nutrients out of each supplement, but sometimes it can be a guessing game. It may have been the megapan too, I incorporated that the 6 day 1/3 dose and this day was when I started to feel really bad, although i was starting to lose my energy each day prior when I was taking the limcomin.
I am now going to try the SpartanMK next which is both MAG and Potassium and that is all. and then I am going to try Molydbenum which I have done before and I had absolutely no reaction to it, this raises your sodium. I am then going to gradually introduce Limcomin again and the Megapan, although if I do fine on the above this may just be enough to raise my NA/K ratio. I will continue to also take the 3 paramin at night and 2 gb3 a day.
The last 8 months I was only ever on 5 paramin a day and 1 gb3 a day and 1-2 taurine a day and my Calcium/Magnesium levels shot up dramatically, it just goes to show how reactive my body is to supplements and how I only really need a little bit. My practitioner is aware of this and I think I will only ever go up to 1 limcomin a day and 1 megapan a day to get the benefits from it.
Really agree with you on the dosages, especially depending on your weight and past history with supplements. Less is more in my opinion :) :)
Thanks for your lovely help per usual, I am feeling 70% better today, so finally off this detox or reaction from the Limcomin. Wohoo :)
