Hi M- Sorry to hear you are feeling rough. Can I ask how much limcomin you are taking per day.

When I started in the 4 lows I was supposed to take 6 limcomin per day but I could only handle 4 per day. I kept trying to raise it but felt horrible every time. I was also supposed to take 9 paramin but could only take 5 or 6.

You may have to play around with the dosages. I found I could only handle about 2/3 of the suggested ARL protocols the entire first year of doing NB.
