Seattle- Yes too much or too little is problematic. However ARL seems to treat everyone as though they are copper toxic. Even when hair tests show low levels. My family eats a very high zinc diet. Plus we have been told to supplement with zinc from the beginning. We are all copper deficient in this house.
My concern is that newbies don't just automatically start taking zinc etc to treat a supposed copper toxicity which will only make them sicker if they are deficient. This is why continued testing is so vital so people can know exactly where they are at.
