Re: Just switched from ARL to Trace Elements Lab

Thank you for sharing Onwards,

I too am finding Dr. Wilson's(ARL) four lows program difficult. Although most of it may be due to me still working a relatively physical job and having a hard time digesting fats properly. I've been in the four lows since my initial test 2 years ago and have been there the majority of the time since.

I voiced my frustration to my practitioner and we're doing a hair test at the moment and I'm eagerly awaiting the results. I'm hoping to be out of the four lows. The Paramin I'm taking is 3-3-4 and when taken consistently I find I need to take frequent breaks to let my body "recover".

I am feeling better though so I keep on going in the hopes that I'll get the energy I need to be able to follow the program better and speed up my recovery.

I'm glad your family is feeling better with the new supplements and I will put some thought into changing labs if I have to keep up the the four lows program for much longer.
