Thanks amy79, I've had a little bit of improvement taking digestive bitters before my meals over the past week and also upping the gb3 to 2 per meal. To be honest though it's been a struggle to get the energy from fats that most people rave about.
I'll talk to my practitioner about the sbf and the possible potassium deficiency. My potassium has been all over the place on my hair tests starting at 6 and dropping to 1 on my latest test, not too sure if you can tell a deficiency by looking at the chart, but it's definitely a possibility as I was really low in a lot of minerals.
