I just started drinking kefir as a probiotics source but it happens to be a high histamine food. What a mess! I don't know if I have a true Histamine Intolerance but sometimes high histamine foods cause some mild allergic reaction in me.
I'm so confused at this point what is causing what and like some folks said here it really doesn't matter at this point because they are the manifestations of the same phenomenon which involves the malfunction of the neuroendocrine response to stress and damaged immune system.
In my case AF was apparently caused by lifestyle and habits destructive to my health. I believe my adrenal glands burned out completely and it started the whole chain reaction of events.
I'm asking myself what prompted me to choose such a destructive lifestyle in the first place? I can narrow it down to some CNS neurotransmitter deficiency (dopamine most likely) or imbalance that I had since childhood. All my life I tried to compensate for it because I was so bored and depressed all the time....
