Ultimately whatever we do we have to kep in mind that benzos throw everything off so bad that it's hard to figure out any thing at all.

Everything that happens to my digestion is very recent and I've been having the benzo problem for years. Is it possible that I went to the lowest possible dosage of Xanax and now it's making symptoms?
I have no idea.
My benzo symptoms are inconsistent with what I know about them. I sleep a lot(!!!!), have decent physical energy if I skip a dose and don't really have much anxiety. I'm so tempted to make a larger than normal cut of maybe 25-50% or so but then I remember that it's probably not a good idea. That's what I've been doing all he time and then it would cause a severe AF crash and I'd have to go back to squar one. Why would my body react like that?...
Maybe I have virtually no adrenaline or cortisol left at all that allows me to sleep?...

Do you think I should take a saliva cortisol test if I'm tapering of Xanax?
I'm afraid it's going to be altered because of it and that's why it's not worth wasting my energy on.....

How are you doing?
Are your symptoms still as bad?...
