I had no problems with my stomach till I went on the NB slow oxidiser, high fat and protien diet, then it got messed up and now ive test positive for heavy candida in my stomach and mouth. But this was the same time as going on benzos.

But again, we are benzo victims my dear...I had to accept weeks ago that ANYTHING we do is not the genuine reaction, until we are clear and healed from the benzos are systems are going to do wierd things and we cannot pinpoint or try to heal anything.

Interestingly I did a search on here, the AF page for benzos..youll be very suprised to see how many people who ended up on the AF forum all used benzos.
