Can Adrenal Fatigue cause Candida infection?
I'm very confused about this one.
Lately I've been having pretty bad food and chemical sensitivities due to my AF. I have no idea what's causing them and why they all of a sudden became so much worse despite my other AF symptoms improving.
I've been on a high protein/high fat diet due to hypoglycemia for a few months but since it got better and I tried to introduce some vegetables and fruit into my diet the hell broke loose.
Initially I thought it could be a histamine issue but I'm not sure if that's the only problem.
I never had any digestive problems before AF - I believed I was blessed with very strong digestive system and ate whatever I wanted, so this is totally new to me.
Could it be that I have intestinal flora disruptions because of the AF and what is the relationship between these two conditions?.. Is it Leaky Gut?...How is Candida related to the appearance of the intense and sudden allergy symptoms?..
I know all the systems in the body are related but the more I think about it the more it escapes me... I have pretty bad brain fog all the time, so I'd appreciate some ideas about this....
My current symptoms are:
- severe bloating, cramps and gas ( after eating chicken broth with some veggies in it)
- moderate headache (worse upon standibg up) and pressure in the head
- scratchy throat, puffy eyelids, stuffed and runny nose, teary eyes
- difficulty breathing if I eat any thing in the evening (after 7 p.m)
- mild temperature increase of 99-99.5 (comes and goes)
- chills, muscle and bone ache
- water retention
- craving for sweets ( not really bad but unusual for me)
- extreme fatigue
- low blood pressure
- irritability, inability to sustain any mental effort ( worse since the allergies started)
I normally would think that I cough a bad cold except that it's the second time I have a reaction like this after eating some vegetables and fruit.
Any thoughts?...
