I definitely have an issue with ATP because I practically live on L - Carnitine and D-Ribose.
High protein and high fat diet is great for hypoglicemia and helped me a lot but I don't believe in this idea of excluding a major food group like carbohydrates out of he diet. It's a horrible idea because the body needs carbs and like you said it might very well be the reason why I started to crave sugars.
I know you know stuff about Ayurveda, so I want to use tis opportunity to ask something:
Is it possible to be a Pitta-Kapha but develop an extreme Vata imbalance?
I read that you most likely will imbalance your primary dosha first, so I've been wondering how could that happen?..
