Wow. Today I took 50mg. of Lugol's instead of Iodoral. A lot less runny nose BUT felt a lot of toxic feeling - dizzy, icky. Did some salt loading. Glad I didn't have to work today. I haven't felt like that for awhile on the Iodoral. Not sure what to make of it. Less runny though. Thanks so much for the tip! I think Lugol's might be better for me. I did a big search trying to find out about Lugol's versus Iodoral. Couldn't find much but you folks who've been doing this for awhile know stuff.
