Re: Companion Nutrients

I cant give you brands, as I live in a different part of the world. But in general; powders and some capsules are relatively free from additives. One alternative is to purchase from purebulk.com.

Magnesium is easy; citrate or malate in powder form. Cheap too, and if you have problems with getting it down it is always a possibility to capsule them yourself.
I would drop the calcium though.

Same with vit C / ascorbic acid, magnesium ascorbate etc. powders, crystals everywere. There are vit C made of tapioca that is gmo-free.

Vit B; Now food have a good liquid one, high in B12.

Selenium; Swanson vitamins have a good one, methionine with only gelatin and rice flour as other ingredients.

For the runny nose you may up the salt; this use to help me when I have allergy reactions with sneezing / runny nose.
