Yes, I read about Brazil nuts. I love those and have some. I will look into boron.

I have a runny nose with Iodoral - 50mg. I had it at 75mg. too. I went down to 50mg. Will maybe go back up when the runny nose slows down! Or does it?....Maybe it's permanent.
