You could be suffering from a biochemical imbalance and that could be the cause of your problems, of course it could be a underactive thyroid or parasites or almost anything. But one thing is sure that cleansing will always help. Maybe you should go and have your thyroid function tested. Also if you don't have enough digestive juices in your stomach, that can cause malabsorption and you won't get the necessary minerals/oils/vitamins you need. Supplementing with HCl can help some people, and you gas and bloating maybe because your food isn't digisted properly. People are different e.g. some people may require much more B-vitamins to function properly than others.
