*starting your day with some hot/warm water with lemon (a couple mugs for sure) will stimulate peristalsis (bowel movements) and if you start out with a fresh squeezed veg/fruit (fave: carrot, apple, beet, fresh ginger) juice instead of a bready sweet thing you'll be amazed at your energy level! Try it!*
