Here are the things i found that help depression.
Niacin Saturation.
This is where you over time slowly increase the niacin levels in
your body till you achive full body saturation.
Start with 100mg of niacin and 100mg of Vit C and mix in a pint of
water. Sip throughout the day. Increase 100mg of both each day.
You will get a flush on parts of your body, don't worry about it.
Around 2000 to 5000 mg you will get a full body saturation, where
your whole body will turn red, not just parts. This may take a
few weeks, depends on how much you can stand.
Get the real niacin, not the no-flush type.
Magnesium 3x a day. Get the type that you pour boiling water on.
