I had been so sick for so long, 7 years, I think everyone is amazed, when I drag myself to the doctor sporadically, that I don't have cancer, AIDS, or liver disease, or SOMETHING. But that's the point, and that is why so often I have resisted going because I got no help, no clue. Until the D thing. Not a cure all, but, maybe a missing link with broad implications, that's my hope for D.

Wow my friday night movies rock, for free!

I did coffee enemas for a good bit, maybe 6 months. I honestly believe they lost effectiveness as the stimulus began to outrun my bodies ability to produce bile. I favor now the isotonic (non iodized salt 2 tsp/qt) saline enema with 1 ml non-alcohol based Wormwood , clove, Black-Walnut tincture. this done about 3 times per week.

Candida and parasites don't like this. And isotonic means there is no fluid or electrolyte exchange. So IMO, it is the most kidney safe enema on the block. And EFFECTIVE. Though mind you I'm not trying to offload the amount of toxins like someone killing tumor.
