Very helpful giving the numbers.

I had a 21 score two years ago, so the Dr. put me on 10,000iu each day. We retested at one year, and I was only up to 36. We kept me at 10,000iu daily, for another 6 months. I tested at 70! This was five months ago, but the Dr. wants me to stay on the high dose until summer sun, and retest. He was mighty happy with my 70! Now, so am I. Yes,...I feel MUCH better than I did at 21, or 36!
