I have started to take the 10,000IU every other day this past week or two. I agree it is a lot! I feel as though something is depleting us at a faster rate than we're aware of!

I juice every other day, use inferred sauna, do liposomal "C", Colloidal Silver , 3 coffee enemas a day,....then the list gets really LONG! :-) But,...I was given 1-3 years to live in 2009,....so I have to! :-)

Candida and the resulting parasites however,...are harder to cure than stage 3 pancreatic/liver cancer! True story! :-(

But, we'll succeed! :-)
