I already switched to a water fast, think this is ugh day 5 or something iono i dont really keep count
I was trying to get the best of juice/master/water fast all in one mix.
I read somewhere where if you start feeling lightheaded, add a lot more fruit to your juices. I saw that as a carbs, so i figured carbs are are carbs and sugars are sugars. I don't really see the difference, but in the end too much to research and worry about, so i guess i'll finish off the rest w/ water cause its easier
