The general idea was that the junk that i was putting in was less than the amount of junk one would normally put in, with a fast should overall still have positive effects.
Also, gives you a lot more energy to fast and drink sugar/caffeine as opposed to eating + Sugar + caffeine? *shrug*
and I figured that caffeine would be fine because it is far below the limit of how many carbs would release insulin.
hell even fasting and drinking alcohol makes u feel better than food and alcohol
