it's me again.
So I've finally decided to give Nystatin another go, and from the first pill it worked wonders. I had bad die-off symptoms, like I never had before, the overwhelming armpit odor is gone for the most part (so far as I can tell).
However, after the first day on Nystatin my family mentioned that something about me smelled like vinegar(normally, they don't comment on my regular bo). Obviously, Nystatin had made my body react. Is this the candida dying off or is my system somehow not handling the pills? Will this pass when I finish the course? I'm a little worried now.
I read that as Candida dies, besides releasing loads of other toxins, it would give off that smell. Btw, people's body language still let me know that I'm not odor free yet...

What do you think?
Has anyone ever experienced similar? Is this only detox?
