Is this Sibo or Candida?

so I've had this terrible Body Odor (straight musky, although I do not sweat, ever!) for years. It was clear to me, that this is internal, I always have extreme gas and bloating as soon as I have a piece of food. When my doctor attested a lactose intolerance I hoped this would solve my problems. It didn't, the smell didn't disappear, however the sour milky twist to it did. Still I smelled. I never had problems with bad breath or coated tongue or fungus of any kind, but believing I had Candida I took Nystatin, too many at a time and without doing the diet - this gave me a coated tongue and skin fungus. Apparently i didn't have candida but acquired it through the use of Nystatin, awesome!
One day I tried out the Now Foods Candiclear (having antibacterial components, this I believed would take care of whatever fungus/bacteria I had) along with a low carb and no Sugar diet and after about 2 weeks the smell had gradually subsided, until for one day it was gone. Needless to say after having a bite of carb food it immediately returned. I am too weak (physically) to stick to the diet and what's the use of starving myself only to have it coming back. After the weeks of no Sugar my bowel flora had improved a lot I could really feel how it had changed, I didn't have gas at all. So now I'm really thinking it is SIBO, at any rate this is bacteria related, I don't digest food, it simply ferments in my body, leaving me with this Body Odor . I need to wipe out the bacteria for good, by the way probiotics do not help, if this was candida, I think they would. Can you guys give me advice on this? Recommend products that really help? My doctor does not cooperate with me and where I live you can't just order Xifaxan or other Antibiotics without prescription. Need advice, thanks in advance and sorry for the long text.
