Re: Is this Sibo or Candida?

Hello again,

thanks for your support.
I always believed blood samples must not be older than two days for testing...Well, gut fermentation is what's taking place definitely, but I'm not finding out why.
@ hadenuff29, the coated tongue started exactly the morning after I took Nystatin, meaning it disrupted my (until then, somewhat healthy?) bowel flora, and has since then not disappeared. The crack in the middle might even hint at an inflammation. My ears started itching and still do occasionally. I will try and leave it alone and see if things go back to normal by themselves.I sure made matters worse by taking Nystatin when I didn't really have Candida :/
Colonics are a no-go for me, I tried several times and all it did was give me slight fecal odor, no thanks.
What I will do, from here on out, is go gluten free and see if that changes anything. Considering that it is something which started from puberty, and I've always been "healthy" and never had surgery or anything, the only reason for my gas and Body Odor seems to be that it's something I put in my body that is causing these symptoms, that is, another food intolerance. I learned that taking supplements and experimenting with your health can be devastating (and pricey at that), that's why I'd rather take this route for now. Maybe if I avoid the wrong food, bacteria won't have nothing to thrive on and eventually my intestines heal by themselves. Keeping my fingers crossed :)
