Re: Some help perhaps?

Hi Hawksfan9325,

I suggest this for my son recently taking 1/2 teaspoon of Sea Salt in the am. Take 250 mg of calcium and 200 mg of magnesium, plus you may want to try 22-25 mg zinc and see if this helps . You can up the Sea Salt to 1 tsp if you are ok with the 1/2 tsp (next am). When under stress we loss our minerials and heavy metals take there place so that is why I am suggested this to my son. You may want to see if that helps.

Make sure to eat foods with no simply carbs right now,no fruits, ice cream, candy and Sugar no protein powder drinks, bars causes more panic feeling..when Sugar level starts to go low. (son jsut started to go through this, stressing and not eating good cause this too he is good if he eats right and feeling stressed he takes cal and mag and zinc and fish oil). He Eats breakfast when he wakes, eat up to 3 eggs or even a hambuger with out the bun and eat some cooded veggies. He tries to eat ever 3-4 hours protein and veggies..

DId you have any dental done recantly or with in the past 3-6 months if so what?

I would suggest trying DR Larry WIlson's free protocol and see if it helps. I would add organic brown rice if need be not to loose weight to your diet if you and not looking to loose weight. Do not do live flushes right now.

Ps. It would be a great idea to have a hair analysis to see what is going on. If you have any questions feel free.
