My three biggest tips are make sure you eat enough, especially long-term, keep fat low, and make sure your fruit is ripe like bananas should be spotty brown, not plain yellow.
Females = at least 2,500 cal per day
Males = at least 3,000 cal per day
I see that you're already getting resistance. Just remember I've only been recommending this diet style because it quickly healed my worst health problem within days. I'd be wary about those warning you who haven't had a major success story like I have.
This doesn't have to be a permanent diet or that you have to go fully raw or vegan, although it might not be a bad idea for a month or two if you can eat enough. That way should really cleanse you. If it's helping you then you can always re-evaluate in which diet direction you want to continue.

Here's another success story of a gal who was at death's door too and went fully raw fruits & vegetables and immediately started improving. The funny part is when she started going the high-fat gourmet raw, she started getting worse again until she read 80-10-10 and realized it was the high-fat that was killing her.
