Thanks dude, yeah I realise I cant just stop eating one way and incorporate a whole new food group in a day and then switch diet completely...
Ive never really eaten much protien in my life as ive been a veggie since I was 12, ive only started eating meat in the last six months...funny enough,it was when I started to go down hill fast. I thought it would help with the extra nutrients and that everyone claims its the way to go..I dont wake up hungry from my 2 hour sleep.
I figure it cant make things much worse as im now crashing three times a day (last two days have been hell)
