You are going to get worse if you do this.

30 B.A.D. is crackpot pseudoscience. Yes, it can look impressive when you read some testimonials but none of this is backed by any real science, it's just a few anomalous, NOBODY who knows what they're talking about regarding nutrition thinks that 80-10-10 is a good idea.

Something like this is going to be so much better for you

i'm not saying it's going to cure you by itself but it's going to be much better for your overall wellbeing than that 80-10-10 nonsense. I know it just seems like my word vs natway so please just check out everything you can on Paleo, specifically Paleo with some, but not loads, of carbs everyday. There are lots of Paleo blogs, all looking to push forward with nutrition research http://psychologyofeating.com/top-50-paleo-blogs/

The 80-10-10 is just based on vegan idealism, which i admit is admirable in and of itself, but it's got little to do with good human health.

I know you're in a tough spot right now and probably sick of looking around for answers but i can honestly say that 30 B.A.D. is highly likely to put you deeper in the hole.
