If your going to do that...proceed with caution. Do it slowly. That's my advice when trying out some new protocol. Keep us posted here with what you are doing and how it is affecting you.
Not every protocol is the answer...we have to find what works for us so if this doesn't go right don't get discouraged....something else will!
I myself need to be on a more paleo type diet for what I am currently experiencing. I was in horrible shape before that while I was on a high carb, almost no protein, lots of raw diet. Mind you I felt great eating like that for 2 years until my stress increased and my body needed Protein.
