i'm not really sure... it just says desonide .05 on the label... comes in a petrolumen base... i've found that after getting the lips wet and applying by dabbing on a thin layer it looks and feels good after it air drys for a bit and does not knockoff any buildup... actually it's better because the lubrication makes my mouth easier to move without it cracking... lips have been feeling great the last couple days doing this with vaseline and des.
