also wanted to add to healing2021 that you are right... peeling the lips definitely increases the inflammation... actually everytime ive done it my lips got much worse... it's the absolute worst thing you can do if you have trauma induced ec... it's akin to using tanning booths for 40 min a day after getting diagnosed with skin cancer... or smoking a carton of cigarettes a day after getting diagnosed with lung cancer... i think its a tough pill for most people to swallow to see that crud build up, but it is what it is... if you want to get better a price needs to be paid... looking at daniel millers progress is plain and obvious proof that this is a long, hard and obvious path we trauma inducing ec'ers need to take.
