i'm so sorry your mom is going thru this. back then no, the albuteral didn't work anymore either. i have taken it twice this year (months ago) but after i ahd been on Iodine and was detoxing bromide, and it did work again.

hopefully if she can continue working on gettting idoine sufficient and get rid of more bromide etc...then she will improve more.

the Iodine deficiency cuased much hypo symptoms in me which also affected my breathing even worse. not sure if that might be impacting hyour mom but just a thoiught....
