- yes, this is an important observation. I work great above 37 C. Today the quicksilver outside show -12 C over here. It is a challenge, or, used to be in my case. Even my cats stay indoors. But, as long as one`s internal temp is up and going, challenges like this is manageable.
I have minor problems with it, used to be major.

-this is so true. Everything depend on the digestion; we can take a ton of every supplement available.. it wont work, be utilized unless the digestion work. And in my experience, a tiny little nutrient like sulfur, boron, or traces like molydybden, manganese, copper.. may do all the difference.
