Re: Based on my circumstances, how long should it take until I'm cured?

That's the right approach. I'm 53 and was sick, sick, sick, and have been battling this condition since I was in my late teens. At 42 I found what was the answer for me.

I come to this forum because I came to the Liver Flush Forum 10 years ago, found some stories that made sense, and applied those to my own situation. Now I want to share my success story, just as you want to share your own. I became a runner back then because my energy levels were so high, and have run, and continue to run marathons. Without fat storage, the body runs out of fuel after 30 minutes of aerobic exercise, and protein is necessary to rebuild muscle fiber. Bile is necessary for proper digestion of proteins and fats. One can avoid proteins and fats if bile flow is sluggish, or one can restore bile flow and eat a normal healthy diet. That was the foundation for my cure.

I'm anxious to hear about your experiences and ultimate success.
