Re: Based on my circumstances, how long should it take until I'm cured?

There's no question that a healthy Diet & exercise are important, but through my 20 year battle, lowfat and no fruit or Sugar or protein diets never worked. Bile is necessary for digestion of fats and protein. Without the mix of bile, fats and proteins, the body won't be able to absorb essential fatty acids and essential amino acids. Why are they called essential? Because the body doesn't produce them. They only can come from including the right fats and proteins into the diet.

But the key to my cure and success was the restoration of bile flow. Bile kills bad bacteria and fungi, but doesn't kill the good. You probably already saw my story, but it was the Clark Liver Flush that broke the toxic cycle.

I'm 53 and ran 24 miles 2 weeks ago in 3hrs 30 mins. I'll be running two marathons in Novemeber.

I just feel like all the yeast killing, diets and probiotics just taxed my liver so much, that it was never going to release its toxins without the help of the flush. Bile is the waste product produced by the liver after it absorbs toxins.
