are you including fruit and other carbohydrates in this or just White Sugar ?
white Sugar is most likely bad for everyone mainly due to its lack of minerals, not for the fact that it is sugar. some people take blackstrap molasses for health and feel really great on it and it is basically Sugar with a lot of minerals in it.
honey, fruits, grains, starch, lactose, and all other forms of sugars can be good for some people it just depends on the indivdual.
meat can get broken down into sugars in the body.
people tend to project their own issues onto the rest of the world.
