The addiction never died for me, but comes in waves. Im still eating some fruit every week and today took the remaining of the Manuka Honey bottle. I am glad it is over, that temptation its now gone! You realise how deep the Sugar addiction its when you find yourself really enjoying sweet potatoes (I used to hate them when I had other Sugar sources)

I do wake up very dizzy and hangovered, and craving for a sweet indeed and the carrot juice solves the problem in an hour o two. I still feel bad the rest of the day but not as bad as in the early morning.
