Re: 146 Reasons Why Sugar is Ruining Your Health
Thanks Onwards. It's crazy what i'm feeling at bedtime the past 3 days. i go to bed with what i believe to be "full" ... I mean i eat at about 8 ish or 9 ish and then go to bed prob between 11-12...i know i need to go to be more early but i just started the program and in the past when i've tried going to sleep at 11 or earlier
i just tend to toss and turn so out of fear of not sleeping i've always gone to sleep at midnight or later.
Anyway, while i'm laying there i'll hear my stomach make sounds like it's hungry, in fact I FEEL hungry. And i'm like "I ate plenty, more than enough protein and carbs, what's the deal?"
I'm thinking, it might be the sugar. Then i hate it when i wake up, i feel slightly nauseated and then i feel like i just need to eat SOMETHING. What's weird is that i'm nauseated but yet i feel like eating is the solution, and it was this morning.
I ate and then the nausea went away. Of course i ate a waffle, i've got 4 to go and i'm stopping the honey tomorrow. Today was my last honey day which isn't alot at all and the waffle itself has 2 grams of sugar.
Anyway, i'm wondering if maybe i'm going through some
Sugar withdrawal symptoms. I guess maybe i was highly addicted to this stuff. I'm wondering if the 21 days to let go of a habit rule will stand here. I'm hoping i can pass up the 21 day mark
